PBBM

Dear President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.,

I hope you are doing well as I write this. I'm writing to you today to let you know how I feel about your presidency. As a concerned student of the Philippines, I think it is imperative to express my thoughts and concerns to our president.

I want to start off by recognizing the importance of your family's legacy in Philippine history. The name Marcos is inextricably linked to a period of major achievements and difficulties for our nation. There is no denying that your father's administration had both beneficial and detrimental effects on the Philippines. While some attribute the expansion of the economy and the infrastructure to your family, others regret the suppression of democratic institutions and the alleged violations of human rights that occurred during that time.

I am cautiously optimistic for the future of our country under your leadership as a concerned student. You have the chance, in my opinion, to reframe the Marcos legacy and guide our nation toward a more promising future. But you must lead with honesty, modesty, and a sincere interest in the prosperity and well-being of the Filipino people.

I'm hoping that as you face the challenges ahead, you'll keep the feelings and aspirations of the Filipino people in mind. By doing this, you can bring our country together and guide us toward a future that is both inclusive and wealthy.

I appreciate you giving this issue your attention. Wishing you the knowledge and courage to lead our precious nation with the utmost care and dedication.

 Respectfully, Bryle Justine Alasaas
